    Natalia is a licensed mental health therapist and integrative wellness partner at El Studio. With advanced training in EMDR and ketamine-assisted therapy, she supports teens and adults navigating trauma, grief, and major life transitions through a somatic, embodied lens.

    Her work bridges mind and body — blending nervous system awareness, breath, and intentional movement. Whether in session or leading a mat flow, Natalia creates grounded, empowering spaces rooted in connection, regulation, and growth.
