    With only 6 mats, this intimate setting allows for personalized attention, hands-on corrections, and space to truly understand your endpoints, breath, alignment, and biomechanics.

    Perfect for new clients or anyone wanting to deepen their mind–body connection.

    A more dynamic mat class blending Pilates principles with athletic conditioning. Expect longer working sets, deeper muscle recruitment, loud music, 1 prop minimum and strength-forward sequences — while still maintaining intention and control.

    With only 6 mats, you’ll get precise cueing, form checks, and support to build power, stability, and endurance safely.
