The Classes

  • Control | Reformer

    Mindful • Precise • Supportive

A deliberate, slower reformer class centered on control, form, and breath-led movement. Expect classical + contemporary flows, and intentional transitions designed to help you build confidence on the reformer.

With 6 reformers, every mover receives close guidance, individualized support, and real-time adjustments to understand proper mechanics and feel grounded in each exercise.

Ideal for new and returning clients wanting to refine and reconnect.

  • Strength | Pilates

Athletic • Flow • Progressive Training

A challenging, athletic reformer class designed to build strength, stamina, and control. Expect loud music, progressive sequencing, at least 2 props, and full-body resistance training that still honors alignment and mindful pilates movement.

The 6-reformer layout keeps the class intimate, allowing your instructor to offer personalized coaching, deeper corrections, and a safe environment for intensity.

Perfect for athletes, seasoned movers, and anyone looking to push with intention. Recommend for clients who’ve taken a reformer class.
