Terms of Service & Liability Waiver

Welcome to El Studio Pilates. By accessing our website, booking services, attending classes, or participating in virtual or in-person offerings, you agree to the following Terms of Service, Liability Waiver, and Privacy Policy. Please read carefully.

1. Use of Services & Content

  • All classes, videos, programs, and materials are for personal use only.

  • You may not copy, record, reproduce, or distribute El Studio content without written permission.

  • All content is educational and not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

2. Booking, Payments & Cancellations

  • Advance booking is required for all classes and services.

  • Payments are processed securely through approved third-party platforms.

  • Missed or late-cancelled reservations may be charged in full per studio policy.

  • Pricing, offerings, and policies may be updated at any time.

3. Private Sessions & Events

  • All private clients must complete a waiver and intake form prior to training.

  • Events and workshops are non-refundable unless otherwise noted.

  • El Studio reserves the right to adjust schedules, cancel, or reschedule sessions or events. Applicable credits/refunds will be issued when appropriate.

4. Health Acknowledgment & Assumption of Risk

By participating in any El Studio activity (in-studio, outdoor, home, or virtual), you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Physical exercise involves inherent risks of injury.

  • You have either consulted with a physician regarding your ability to participate, or you voluntarily assume all responsibility for participating without medical clearance.

  • Classes may include physical exertion, equipment, props, and environmental conditions that carry risk.

5. Liability Waiver & Release

You voluntarily release El Studio, Rejuve Wellness & Pilates, and all owners, instructors, employees, and contractors from any and all claims, damages, injuries, or losses arising from participation in any class, session, or service.
You participate at your own risk.

6. Media & Photo Release

You grant permission for El Studio to capture and use photos or videos from classes and events for marketing and promotional purposes. You may request removal of your image at any time by emailing hello@elstudiopilates.com.

7. Intellectual Property

El Studio™, The Rejuve Method™, and all related content, branding, programs, and materials are the sole property of Genesis Camacho. No content may be used, copied, or reproduced without written consent.

8. Your Rights

You may request access to, correct, or delete your information at any time by emailing hello@elstudiopilates.com.

9. Updates to These Terms

El Studio may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our website, services, or booking platforms indicates acceptance of the most current version.

If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use of the website and services.
