Sundays are an opportunity to slow down, reconnect with your body, and create a little space before the week begins.

The Sunday Reset is a 50-minute restorative experience at El Studio, combining intentional movement, breathwork, and sound to help you unwind and reconnect with yourself.

We'll begin with 30 minutes of gentle mobility and guided breathwork, exploring movement at a slower pace, releasing tension, and bringing awareness to how your body feels.

From there, we'll settle into 20 minutes of sound bath healing led by Celestial Sounds. Through the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, wind chimes, and other instruments, you'll be invited to rest, listen, and experience a moment of stillness.

At the end of our practice, Celestial Sounds will offer an optional animal spirit card pull, a small moment of reflection to carry with you into the week ahead.

There's nothing to accomplish, no movement to perfect, and no expectation to feel a certain way.

Whether you're new to sound baths or returning to a familiar practice, you're welcome here.
